The Netherlands and the EIB

The EIB has worked with the Netherlands since 1969. We modernised infrastructure, improved access to finance for small businesses and invested in companies such as Verspillingsfabriek, which is transforming food waste into new products.  The Bank gave a EUR 15 million loan to Ultimaker, a company that is helping amputees in the developing world by making products such as a 3D printer that can customise prosthetics.
