Investment programme including activities for rooftop systems' product and manufacturing process development and engineering as well as investments for the upgrade of IT, supply chain, utilities and facilities infrastructure with a view to improving energy efficiency and environmental impact
The project is expected to increase the promoter's know-how and innovativeness in the field of automotive product and manufacturing process development and engineering.
The project concerns investments in research, development and innovation (RDI) as well as capital expenditures for IT, supply chain and infrastructure upgrade that are expected to be carried out in existing facilities already authorised for the same purposes in Finland, Germany and Poland. Full environmental details will be checked during the appraisal.
The promoter has been assessed by the EIB as being a private company not operating in the utilities sector and not having the status of a contracting entity, thus not subject to EU rules on public procurement.

Complaints mechanism
Any complaint regarding alleged maladministration can be lodged via the EIB Complaints Mechanism. The European Ombudsman acts as an independent external accountability mechanism of the EIB.
