Objectives

Dedicated EIB loan to finance SME investments in the industry, services, agriculture and tourism sectors for at least 70% of the total amount, via term loans and leasing schemes. The balance could finance eligible projects under the knowledge economy, energy, convergence and environment objectives as well as mid-caps.
