Objectives

Replenishment of European Financing Partners (EFP) through a further contribution of up to EUR 100 million from the Investment Facility to co-finance on a pari passu basis with European Development Finance Institutions' (EDFIs) operations in African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries.

Promoting viable private sector investment in ACP countries.

All projects financed under the scheme must comply with applicable environmental and social standards and must meet the relevant standards.

Final beneficiaries will be requested to comply with applicable national and EU legislation, as appropriate.
