    Objectives

    Dedicated loan for the financing of projects of limited scale carried out primarily by SMEs (at least 70%), as well as by local authorities and mid-cap enterprises.

    By improving access to term finance at favourable conditions, the loan supports projects undertaken by SMEs operating in different sectors of industry and services but also in those falling under the scope of the Bank’s knowledge economy initiative. It will also support projects carried out by mid-cap enterprises and by local authorities in convergence regions.
