Vantage Capital, a South African mezzanine and private equity firm founded in 2001.
An equity participation on ENPI risk capital resources in Vantage Regional Mezz Fund, a mezzanine fund that will primarily focus on growth and acquisition financing opportunities within middle market companies in the target region.
Although the Fund will have no specific industry-sector focus, it will focus particularly in companies that have difficulty in getting loans from local commercial banks (e.g. asset-light business, service businesses, export-oriented businesses). The average investment will be between USD 5 million. and USD 20 million.
In addition to complying with local environmental laws, regulations, and legislations, the Fund has agreed to implement environmental guidelines in agreement with the Bank and other leading investors.
