The proposed Facility with KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH provides a credit risk sharing scheme for small-sized and mid- sized low/sub-investment grade transactions with companies of any size and ownership promoting Research, Development and Innovation projects in Germany.
The eligible projects under the Facility are eligible under Article 267 point c): i2i - furthering private sector investment in RDI und thus is also eligible under the Risk Sharing Finance Facility.
All eligible projects, which are object of the Facility will have to respect the environmental conditions in line with European and national legislation.
