Financing of medical infrastructure for dependent persons in support of public authority programmes promoting solidarity (old age/handicap).
This operation will help to meet the financing needs of dependent care establishments and facilitate long-term investment in the medical-social sector by supporting the French Government's investment drive under its Old Age Solidarity Plan and 2006 Modernisation Plan.

Any complaint regarding alleged maladministration can be lodged via the EIB Complaints Mechanism. The European Ombudsman acts as an independent external accountability mechanism of the EIB.
