Description
Objectives

The EIB will provide a framework loan facility for the purpose of small and medium scale projects predominantly in the area of Public Private Partnerships.

Financing of projects of limited size, mostly on the basis of Public Private Partnerships, in the fields of i2i activities, SME activities, health and education, environment, energy and infrastructure projects and/or related to accessing TENs.

Procurement

The financial intermediary will undertake to promote compliance of the sub-projects with relevant national and EU law.

Investments financed under the framework loan will comply with EU procurement procedures.
