Objectives

Multi-sector private equity investment fund (SGAM Al Kantara, the “Fund”) targeting private companies operating in selected Mediterranean Partner Countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan). Target size of the Fund is approx EUR 120 million.

The Fund will seek to generate capital appreciation by investing in equity or equity related securities in a diversified portfolio of investments, mainly targeting medium to large sized, later stage companies with growth potential.

In addition to complying with environmental laws and regulations of the countries in which it invests, the Fund has agreed to develop environmental guidelines in agreement with its leading investors.
