Objectives

Projects of limited scale in the fields of regional development, infrastructure, environmental protection and improvement, energy, health and education.

Through the financial intermediary, this Global Loan aims at financing investments of small/medium scale implemented by private and public sector promoters.

Procurement

All eligible projects will have to comply with environmental conditions in line with EU and national legislation.

All eligible projects will have to comply with EU and national legislation on public procurement.

Comments

Projects will comply with EU-Treaty Art. 267 (a) regional development in assisted areas, for infrastructure and/or (c) environmental policies, energy, urban renewal, health and education.
