Objectives

New building or expansion of pre-primary, primary, secondary and vocational education schools and primary health care centres for Cataluña.

The purpose of the programme is to expand the capacity of (i) the pre-university schools to grant access to compulsory education and (ii) health care facilities to grant legally established access to universal health care.
