Investments in the water supply and waste water treatment in Castilla – La Mancha.
To improve the quality of the water supply in the Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla – La Mancha as well as to assist the promoter to comply with the urban waste directive (UWWD 91/271/EEC).
The project consists mainly of the construction of small size wastewater treatment plants that fall outside of the scope of the annex II of the Directive 97/11/EEC and therefore a formal EIA is not required.
The promoter is subject to the EU procurement directives.
