Objectives

Line of credit for the financing of small-scale investments in the industry and services sectors undertaken by small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

To sustain projects aiming to increase the productivity and competitiveness of SMEs; to promote investments leading to a more rational use of energy and environmental protection.

Compliance with EU and national environmental legislation and guidelines will be made a condition for each sub-project under the global loan.

EIB procurement guidelines for global loans will be applied.
