Description
Objectives

The project forms part of the Commune's investment plan 2003-2005 and concerns the upgrading of social service delivery systems and the social and economic regeneration of deprived suburban districts.

The project aims to aid socially vulnerable population groups (children, elderly, disabled), support the social and economic regeneration of deprived areas of the city and thus enhance the quality of life in these areas.

It is expected that the sub-projects included in the programme will be either beneficial to the environment or environmentally compatible.

The promoter follows the EU procurement Directives for all projects.
