Objectives

A EUR 10 million credit facility with the characteristics of a local-currency loan to be made available to certain Moroccan microfinance associations to finance their microcredit operations.

To support the investment projects of small Moroccan entrepreneurs, the customers of these associations.

Concerning mainly craft businesses and small traders, the schemes financed do not present any identifiable environmental problems.
