Objectives

Global Loan

Financing of investments of limited scale that:a) are carried out by small and medium size companies in industry and related services, commerce and tourism, and/or; b) contribute towards environmental protection, rational use of energy, the improvement of infrastructure and the provision of services in the health and education sectors, promoted by companies or municipalities.

The financial intermediary will be requested to ensure that the projects will comply with relevant national and EU Directives, as appropriate.

Investments financed under the Global Loan will comply with EU procurement procedures.
