Description
Objectives

Line of credit to Caribbean Development Capital Ltd, subsidiary of DFL for the making of equity and quasi-equity investments in small and medium-sized enterprises in Southern and Eastern Caribbean. Sectors targeted will be industry, agro-industry, IT, tourism and related services.

To help promote increased economic diversification in a number of the countries in Southern and Eastern Caribbean through the provision of risk capital resources to SMEs involved in non-traditional sectors.
