As the manager of the “Jessica II” Fund of Funds, which is financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Investment Bank calls for bids in order to select up to four financial intermediaries to which up to 80 million euro will be allocated to finance the loans intended for increasing energy efficiency in multi-apartment buildings.
