In December 2025, the EIB-CM received a complaint from a company. The complaint concerns EIF’s handling of clarification requests under the call for expression of interest RRFCZFoF-2025/01 “University AI TT Fund” (Czech Republic RRF instrument).
The complainant asserts that EIF failed to meet principles of good administration and transparency by delaying publication of clarifications for over two months despite assurances of imminent release. This delay allegedly disadvantaged applicants and undermined equal treatment. Remedies requested include a review of internal processes, recommendations for improvement, and possible acknowledgement of maladministration.
