Objectives

Loan operation for lease-financing of small and medium scale projects promoted by SMEs or municipal entities.

Financing of small and medium scale projects promoted by SMEs as well as industrial investment projects promoted by the municipal entities, for investment in the field of environmental protection, energy efficiency, infrastructure, industry, services and tourism.

Procurement

Legal documentation will comprise the obligation for financial intermediaries to ensure that projects financed under this loan comply with relevant national and/or EU environmental legislation.

Legal documents will oblige the borrower to ensure that equipment purchases, services and works are procured according to the Bank’s usual criteria.
