Objectives

Credit line for lease-financing of small and medium-scale projects promoted by SMEs or by other final beneficiaries in the field of environmental protection, energy savings, infrastructure, industry, services and tourism.

Make available access to long-term funds at affordable interest rates to sectors of economy with least availability of financing – small and medium size enterprises and local authorities.
