Objectives

Expansion of the existing premises of Fira de Barcelona in La Pedrosa, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat comprising the construction of new exhibition pavilions and the creation of new parking areas.

The project is vital to maintenance of Fira de Barcelona’s competitive market position and hence ensure its long-term viability.

Environmental aspects
Procurement

The promoter is required to respect the norms imposed by the Directive 97/11/EC. In accordance with its normal procedure, the Bank will ensure that appropriate measures have been defined as regards environmental protection.

The promoter is required to respect the EU Directives as regards procurement procedures.
