Description
Objectives

The project contributes towards the financing of urban infrastructure projects forming part of the Commune's 2002-2004 investment plan including small-medium scale projects in urban renovation, wastewater, transport and social services and some projects of larger size, including the construction of an underground railway and tramway line.

Contribution to finance investments that are essential to maintain and up-grade the quality of urban environment.
