Description
Objectives

Modernisation and extension of existing trade fair facilities comprising the construction of new exhibition pavilions, improvement of access, creation of new parking areas, construction of a new metro station and adaptation/improvement of current facilities.

The project is vital to maintenance of FMIV's competitive market position and hence ensure the long-term viability of the Feria Valencia. The project will allow maximum utilisation of available space and provide higher quality services to customers.

Procurement

The promoter is required to respect the norms imposed by the Directive 97/11/EC. In accordance with its normal procedure, the Bank will ensure that appropriate measures have been defined as regards environmental protection.

The promoter is required to respect the European Union Directives as regards procurement procedures.
