The 2025 Ethics and Integrity Report is the second annual EIB Group publication bringing together key information and statistics about complaints, investigations and disciplinary actions within the organisation. In 2025, the EIB Group continued to make important progress in strengthening its approach to ethics and integrity. These steps aim to address everyday conflicts, breaches of ethical policies and cases of legal wrongdoing or fraud in an effective and transparent manner.
