This drives commercial banks to adopt climate finance best practices and fund green projects. However, this area is still new for many central banks and financial institutions around the world, best practices are still being established, expertise is scarce.

The Greening Financial Systems (GFS) technical assistance programme addresses this gap, supporting both central banks and financial institutions, fostering the green transition, and green growth.

During this interactive webinar, EIB experts will present the programme and exchange with key partners and beneficiaries from around the world, to explore the beneficial impact of the programme in creating sustainable finance ecosystems.
