Analysis, supplies of EHV–LV, civil engineering works, works to install electrical equipment, and commissioning tests relating to the implementation of the 400/225 kV transformation facility at the existing 225/60 kV SEHOUL substation, and the 225 kV extension at the existing ZAER substation.

The services covered by this call for tenders constitute a single lot, and are as follows: (1) implementation of the 400/225 kV transformation facility at the SEHOUL substation with a one-and-a-half circuit breaker scheme at 400 kV; and (2) implementation of two new 225 kV outgoing line bays at the ZAER substation.
