Phenicia Seed Fund is the first Tunisian early stage fund dedicated to Innovation/Tech companies. The fund size is TND 10m and the first closing took place in September 2007. The fund is incorporated as “fonds d’amorçage” under Tunisian law. The fund’s objective is to invest in newly created Tunisian innovative companies or in companies younger than 5 years, with a strong growth potential. The investment period elapsed in September 2012.
