The Oasis Africa VC Fund is a USD 50.5m private equity investment vehicle. The fund will invest in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire, providing essential services in the education, financial services, housing, healthcare, food services and hospitality sectors. Investments are expected to be debt and equity depending on the industry and the country. Transaction sizes range between USD 0.5m and USD 5m with our sweet spot being USD 3m per investment ticket.
