International Day of Persons with Disabilities

Why is the EIB logo in purple these days? Disability inclusion is a priority for the EIB Group. To celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on 3 December, the EIB Group is dedicating an entire week to raising awareness on the inclusion of people with disabilities. Our Disability Awareness Week advocates for the importance of acting to uphold the rights of persons with disabilities, facilitate the removal of all barriers that hinder development, and affirm full respect for human dignity, always and for each person.
