PQ (Prequalification) for Construction of the Water Treatment Plant (Filtration Station) in the City of Mykolaiv. The objective of the project is to design and build a new Mykolaiv WTP so that that the territorial administrative unit of Mykolaiv Municipality achieves compliance with the quality of water intended for human consumption according to the Ukrainian Standard DSanPiN 2.2.4-171-10, and the EU Drinking Water Directive 2020/2184, with water services provided to the necessary degree at accessible tariffs. The Contractor's scope of works and supply shall include all elements and aspects to ensure the proper implementation of the project which includes the design of a fully functional WTP and building of the first part of the designed WTP, associated structures and facilities as described in tender documents.
This procurement is conducted by the EIB Borrowers/Promoters in accordance with the Guide to Procurement for the contract under the EIB-financed project. The EIB is not a party to the contract and its role is limited to those defined in the Guide to Procurement.
