Case Description
On 18 April 2025, the Complaints Mechanism received a complaint from an individual who raised concerns about the impacts of the construction of the Corridor VC Medakovo – Poprikuse project on his house and land.
Actions of the Complaints Mechanism
The Complaints Mechanism concluded its initial assessment during which the complainant and the EIB promoter agreed to engage in a collaborative dispute resolution process to find mutually acceptable solutions to the issues raised in the complaint.
Status
The Complaints Mechanism is facilitating a dialogue between the complainant and the EIB promoter. A first joint dialogue session took place in September 2025 and Ground Rules for the dialogue were signed in January 2026.
