In accordance with Article 24 of the Staff Regulations of the European Investment Bank (EIB), staff shall be entitled to exercise the right of association and may be members of trade unions. The Framework for the recognition of trade unions at the EIB sets out the key principles regarding the recognition and organization of activities of trade unions within the EIB.
