Construction of New 15,000 m3/d Water Treatment Module at Mutua Water Treatment Plant in Beira, Sofala Province, Mozambique.

The Works components to be carried out for this Contract shall be:

a)       Construction of the new 15,000 m3/d water treatment plant

b)      Equipping the new 15,000 m3/d water treatment plant

c)      Upgrading pumping equipment at the Dingue-Dingue Raw Water Pump Station to produce a raw water flow of 81,200 m3/d flow

d)      Upgrading pumping equipment at the Mutua Clear Water Pump Station to produce a 75,000 m3/d flow of clear water

e)      Bulk electrical installation and upgrades

f)       Implementation of a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system to operate and monitor the new treatment module

g)      All associated works.
