Objectifs
The project, by offering value-added services and facilities to research centres, high tech companies, small start-ups and universities, aims at facilitating the creation and growth of innovation-based firms, support incubation and spin-offs and should stimulate and manage the flow of knowledge amongst universities, R&D institutions and companies.
