The global loan will be used to finance projects of limited scale promoted by SMEs in the Basque Country of Spain, most of them innovative projects.

Objectifs

The project will contribute to reinforce the productivity and competitiveness of SMEs throughout the Basque Country in Spain, which is an assisted Objective 2 area. It will also support regional development and innovation investments.
