Procurement Expert of the Project Implementation Unit

The Consultant will support the Project Implementation Unit in managing all procurement activities related to the Moldova Forest Development Program, including preparation of tendering documents, coordination of bidding processes, and administration of contracts in accordance with the EIB Guide to Procurement and Moldovan law.
