The Annual Reports were prepared by the Audit Committee of the Bank, an independent body of individuals appointed by, and reporting to, the Board of Governors.

Using data from the EIB Investment Survey, this new report looks at how EU businesses are responding to energy challenges and their investment in energy efficiency measures.

As in the last two years, the joint figures for 2024 presented here show that MDBs have exceeded their ambitious 2025 climate finance targets set in 2019.
