EIB loan under the EU Programme loan 2015 to channel Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO) funding to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) via targeted regional lending, in collaboration with the Spanish regions

Objectifs

INSTITUTO DE CREDITO OFICIAL (ICO) is the financial agency of the Spanish state. Projects to be financed under the facility will be in the sectors of industry, services, energy diversification, efficiency and health & education.
