Consultancy Services for Implementation of Olkaria VII Geothermal Power Project

The contract for Consultancy services is a duration of 60 calendar months and shall include but not limited to the following: Review of the Project Documentation, Assistance in initial Selection (Pre-qualification) of Contractors, Preparation of Tender specifications and documentation, Assistance through the process of Bidding, Evaluation, Pre-Contract discussion up to award for EPC Contractors, Carry out Concept and Detailed Design, Design Review and approval of EPC Contractor’s Design documentation and construction drawings, Supervision of Construction  and Commissioning up to Warranty Period, Contracts management and site administration, Assistance in management, resolution and closure of Contractors’ claims and disputes, Participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for Equipment, Transfer of knowledge for Employer’s personnel, Carry out project closure activities.
