Case Description
On 16th August 2016 the EIB-Complaints Mechanism (hereinafter: "EIB-CM") received a complaint letter from an individual (hereinafter: "the Complainant") posted on 4th August 2016. The complainant challenged a financing decision of the Banco de Sabadell that acted as a financial intermediary under the European Investment Bank's "Spain Financial Sector Loan for SMEs and Midcaps" facility.
