Description

EIB programme to group sub-operations dedicated to investment projects with a high climate action component. Sub-operations will be multiple-beneficiary intermediated loans (MBILs) to acceptable financial institutions such as banks, public support institutions or any other qualifying counterpart.

Objectifs

All sub-projects financed by the MBILs and carried out by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-caps, among others, will support the EIB's climate action objective.
