Objectifs

The financing of small and medium scale projects undertaken by SMEs contributing to strengthen their productivity and competitiveness. Some of the projects may also contribute to promote the knowledge-economy, energy savings or renewable energies as well as protection of the environment. Projects by municipalities could also be included.
