Aureos Africa Fund, L.L.C. is a Mauritius-domiciled private equity fund which will further develop the investment strategies pursued by Aureos’ African regional funds since 2003, focusing particularly on building pan-African businesses.

Objectifs

The Fund will seek to identify investments in medium-sized companies, led by experienced management teams, that have the potential to become African market leaders. The investment strategy involves a hands-on-value enhancing approach, including institutional strengthening of portfolio companies, and is expected to deliver significant enterprise development benefits.
