Cancellation Notice - Procurement Expert of the Project Implementation Unit

EIB-Funded Procurements – Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Moldova Forest Development Program The Contracting Authority hereby informs all interested parties that all Procurements financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB) concerning the recruitment of staff for the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under the Moldova Forest Development Program have been cancelled. The cancelled Procurements relate to the following positions within the PIU: Project Manager; Financial Manager; Procurement Expert; Senior Forestry Expert. These positions were envisaged to support the management, financial administration, procurement activities and technical implementation of the project components of the Moldova Forest Development Program. The decision to cancel these Procurements has been taken following a review of the current institutional and implementation arrangements of the Program, in line with the applicable provisions of the EIB procurement and selection procedures. As a result of this decision, the selection procedures related to all the above-mentioned Procurements are terminated, and no contract will be awarded under these procedures. All consultants who expressed interest or submitted applications under any of these Procurements are hereby duly informed. The cancellation does not give rise to any liability or obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority or the European Investment Bank. This Cancellation Notice is published for information and transparency purposes.
