A capital market funding tool to give first-time access to bond financing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-caps participating in the ELITE programme.

Objectifs

The proposed operation is designed to facilitate access to capital market funding for ELITE corporates located in Italy. The operation involves corporates in a transaction which considers the issuance of bonds and the setup of a joint and mutualistic form of enhancement to the benefit of the investors.
