Objectifs
Instituto de Credito Oficial (ICO) is the financial agency of the Spanish State. This is a standard loan for SMEs with a well-known and financially solid promoter. Projects to be financed under the facility will be in the sectors of industry, services, energy diversification and efficiency and health & education.
