Financing of student loans to be extended by LTH - Bank für Infrastruktur in the federal state of Hessen. The proceeds of the student loans are used exclusively to finance the tuition fees of universities and colleges ("Fachhochschulen").

LTH grants the loans to students exclusively for financing of the tuition fees. All undergraduate students enrolled in the universities and colleges in the state of Hessen and with the EU nationality are eligible to receive a loan. (Students from outside the EU may be awarded a loan under specific circumstances.)
