The European Investment Bank (EIB) will work with the Department of Transport and Transport Infrastructure Ireland to supercharge Ireland's public electric vehicle (EV) charging rollout, partnering with Zero Emission Vehicles Ireland (ZEVI) to design and deliver a nationwide network that will put a charging point within reach of every community.

The EIB Ireland Financing Group brought together Government Ministers and a European Investment Bank (EIB) Group delegation led by Vice-President Ioannis Tsakiris at the Department of Finance in Dublin.

Die EIB stellt dem Heidelberger Medtech-Unternehmen PRECISIS einen Venture-Debt-Kredit über 20 Millionen Euro zur Verfügung. Die Finanzierung soll die klinische Entwicklung der minimalinvasiven Neurostimulations-Therapie EASEE® vorantreiben, die Marktexpansion vorbereiten, die Produktion skalieren und den Marktzugang in Europa erweitern.
